Resume and Experience Write a detailed description of your construction company, the experience you have and the date you established the company.
Provide names and addresses of some of your prior clients. Provide the client with the names, addresses, and phone numbers of all people you can use as a reference. Include with your proposal a list of resumes of key personnel, including personnel on the job, contractors, painters and electricians.
